Tammy Conaway

Tammy was born in Columbia, South Carolina, raised in Marietta, Georgia in the United States, and she graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy in 2007. Tammy went on to work in the Public Sector area at the technology company Hewlett-Packard (HP) for 10 years. Not long after, she graduated from American Public University in Charleston, West Virginia with a Master of Public Administration in 2011 before she realised that teaching was really her passion. She then moved to China in 2015 and started teaching English and living abroad for the next 4 years. Tammy just recently moved to Hungary from Indonesia and Thailand where she had been teaching English as a second language for the past year to high school students. 
 
Tammy enjoys walking, dancing, singing, reading and gazing at the stars at night. She is looking forward to having an exciting year with the Bilingual Program in Budapest teaching, sharing knowledge and creating an educational bond with her students.
