Benő Anikó

HR – Healthcare and Equivalency Specialist hr@bilingual.hu

Anikó joined the Bilingual team in August, 2019.

She holds degrees in Accounting and Marketing. After her children were born,
she became a full time stay-at-home mom, which allowed her to spend more
time with her children and also help out in their family business. Both of her
children attended the Bilingual Program from kindergarten through the end of
primary school, so when her younger one graduated, she decided she didn’t
want to lose touch with the community. She joined the Bilingual team as a
Kindergarten Coordinator and was promoted to Kindergarten Program Manager
after her first year.
In the spring of 2024, a new chapter began: she switched to part-time work and
to a completely new field. She is now part of the HR team, responsible for
healthcare, equivalency processes, and employment contracts. The change may
seem unusual at first, but in reality, only her role has changed, the care and
dedication have remained the same 🙂
