Krisztán Daniella

Daniella holds an MA degree in English Studies and is currently a PhD student at the Doctoral School of the University of Debrecen, studying Literary and Cultural Studies.

She is writing her dissertation on the narrativization of diasporic belonging to the homeland and the reconstruction of history as herstory in the anglophone literature of contemporary Egyptian-American and British-Egyptian women writers. As part of her doctoral programme, she taught essay writing and an introductory course to literature and visual culture for undergraduate students at the Institute of English and American Studies at theUniversity of Debrecen.

Besides her research, Daniella is passionate about language learning and believes wholeheartedly in the transformative power of education, and so she was very eager to join the Bilingual Program team in August 2024. In her free time, she devours cultural products of any type and quality from fine arts to pop culture, but she also enjoys swimming and trying new cuisines.

    Abigail was raised in Gauteng, South Africa and graduated from Varsity College Pretoria with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degree. She also completed her TEFL Certificate during her third year of studies.

    Adam is from Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA and recently graduated from Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a Bachelors’ in Statistics.

    Adam was born and raised in Northern Ireland, recently graduating with a Master’s in Chemistry with a minor in French from Queen’s University Belfast.
