In 2014, she and her family immigrated to South Africa where she completed her high school career and went on to enrol in a BA Communication degree at the North West University, Potchefstroom campus. She recognized her true love for English literature by the end of her three years and pursued an Honours degree in English literature. Fresh out of university after a complicated 2020, Jené landed her first full-time job as an English writer for a European company. Having visited Budapest twice before, she knew that that was where she wanted to be and hence she pursued an opportunity with the Bilingual Program which allows her to share her love for the English language with her students. While she is a farm girl at heart, Jené is embracing every element of the vibrant city life that Budapest has to offer and looks forward to learning more about what the Hungarian lifestyle and culture has to offer.
