Danielle Burke

Teacher danielle.burke@bilingual.hu

Hailing from Ireland, Danielle has dedicated her career to teaching English across the globe. Her journey began in France, and from there, she’s had the privilege of teaching in Vietnam and Cambodia.

She has also spent this summer as an English instructor at a summer camp in Malaysia, where she enjoyed helping students build their confidence and skills in a fun, dynamic environment.

Her education background is in bachelor’s in health and social care where she focused a lot on the health and development (emphasis on mental health) of children (and people of all ages). Which really has really helped her become attentive to the diversity of each child and how different their experiences can be in a school environment.

Whilst she was studying, she volunteered in an organisation called Tigers club, Mountbellew, ( Galway, Ireland – for reference) where they assisted people of special needs enjoying day to day activities and games.

She is a vivid reader, mainly about history. In Cambodia, she was a big ultimate frisbee player, and in her home country she is quite the gaelic football player which led her to play for the Paris Gaels in France!
