Ruth Senum

Ruth is originally from Maple Grove, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities.

She completed her B.A. in Elementary Education from Augsburg University in 2010, and her M.A. in International Education from Endicott College in 2021. Before arriving in Budapest, Ruth worked for two years as a classroom teacher at a Montessori school for a small city in rural Minnesota. After spending some time away from the field of education as a telecom analyst, she decided she missed teaching and working with young students and decided to teach abroad in Hungary. Ruth has a strong passion for teaching young students and helping them develop a growth mindset through innovation and perseverance, especially through the use of technology.

Aaron grew up in Los Angeles, California. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia when he was a teenager and later went to Georgia State University to study history and world languages and cultures, with a concentration in Spanish.

Abigail Evert

Abigail was raised in Gauteng, South Africa and graduated from Varsity College Pretoria with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degree. She also completed her TEFL Certificate during her third year of studies.

Our community life
