All Bilingual Program teachers are native speakers of English or, on occasion, balanced bilinguals. This – combined with our Active Classroom approach – guarantees that our students experience the English language not as a school subject but rather as a natural tool of communication, simply a part of everyday life.

Flourishing through training We believe in lifelong learning and self-reflection, so our team of expert practitioners offers all our teachers training, oversight and support throughout their time with Bilingual to help them excel in our unique teaching environment.

Our support includes orientation and training for all new staff as well as year-round observation and continuing professional development opportunities with our teacher trainers. We also work with External Trainers for oversight and development of our training team.
