An Englishman with his own umbrella and tea preference, Jack has been teaching as part of Bilingual.hu and at SZIA Budakeszi for the past five years. He graduated from University College Falmouth in 2012 with a BA (Hons) degree in Film. He acquired TEFL certification in 2014 before moving to Hungary where he incorporated his skill for crafting drama into the lower school classroom, writing plays and dialogues for his students. With both parents working in education and with his own experience in working with children in art, circus, theatre and dance projects, Jack is passionate about incorporating interactive arts into the classroom, as well as utilising the methodologies of Content and Language Integrated Learning employed by Bilingual.hu. His contributions to the program include the Anti-Bullying Campaign (ABC) and the Culture Shock Doc, a project designed to help integrate new teachers to both Hungary and the Bilingual.hu family. He spends his free time playing 5-aside football, being with his friends and girlfriend and is recreational guitar player of 14 years.
