She speaks English and Italian, and believes deeply that language is not merely a tool for communication, but a gateway to understanding different cultures and ways of thinking. Outside of work, Szandra is actively involved in search and rescue operations, where teamwork, quick decision-making and commitment are put to the test every day — the very same values she brings to the Bilingual community.

Szandra studied History at ELTE, earning her MA degree, but her career soon took her in the direction of building and leading organizations — spending over 15 years in operational and executive roles, coordinating complex processes and developing teams.
