Nix Langerman-Serfontein

They are dedicated to the betterment of education in their own life and others’. Nix holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminology, and an honours degree in psychology. Nix also has completed their TEFL certificate and has completed PGCE practicals. Nix worked with disadvantaged schools during their practicals where they learnt the importance of adaptability in the classroom. Nix draws a lot of their values as a teacher from this experience. Nix values the importance of teaching active citizenship through an empathetic, supportive, and collaborative classroom environment. They are a sports enthusiast with a passion for reading, and they can often be found enjoying the outdoors.
