Alet Janse Van Rensburg

Alet was raised in Cradock, South Africa and graduated from the North-West University with a Bachelors of Communication and Languages in 2020. During her studies she worked at the campus newspaper and as an interpreter.

During her student holidays she also worked as an examination assistant for the Department of Basic Education at a Marking Centre in 2019 and 2020. She completed her TEFL certificate in early 2021, while working as a copywriter at a marketing agency. Soon after completing her TEFL, she joined the Bilingual Program at the start of the 2021/2022 school year and was assigned a 1st grade class. Alet enjoys reading, writing, photography and drinking coffee in her free time.

Abigail Evert
Teacher

Abigail was raised in Gauteng, South Africa and graduated from Varsity College Pretoria with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degree. She also completed her TEFL Certificate during her third year of studies.

Adam is from Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA and recently graduated from Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a Bachelors’ in Statistics.

Adam was born and raised in Northern Ireland, recently graduating with a Master’s in Chemistry with a minor in French from Queen’s University Belfast.

Our community life

There are also plenty of programs waiting for the students outside of the lessons, be it the exciting competitions of the House System, daycare or overnight camps, foreign exchange programs or trips.
