Alan Morrice

Alan is a proud Scotsman who comes from Aberdeen originally. His work brought him to the London area when he graduated in Theology from the University of Aberdeen. Having moved south he never went back to live in Scotland and after a few years working with Cambodian refugees and doing youth work, he trained to teach at Christ Church College, Canterbury which is thought to be one of the best places to learn to teach RE and History. Alan has been teaching ever since both in the UK and in several European countries and is still as enthusiastic today about getting his subjects across and loves the "Aha" moments when the penny drops. Alan has taught almost the whole range of ESOL exams and loves it when students succeed. In his free time, Alan an avid reader, largely of historical and detective fiction, loves swimming and has a passion for classical music and opera. He is married to a wonderful Hungarian lady and so is making home in Budapest.
