Payment Methods and Deadlines<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f4ee8d5cb19c097923c28a90668b0c59\">\n<li>The service fee must be paid <strong>in advance<\/strong>, regardless of payment frequency (please always include the invoice number in the bank transfer reference).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First payment deadline: <strong>June 10<\/strong> (before the start of the academic year).<br>If the payment is received in our bank account by June 10, the family is eligible for the <strong>Early Bird<\/strong> discount.<br>The discount is granted in advance (we issue the invoice based on this).<br>On June 11, any unpaid invoice will automatically be replaced with a corrected invoice reflecting the full annual fee <strong>without<\/strong> the Early Bird discount.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoices are sent via email at least <strong>10 days<\/strong> before the payment deadline, typically on the 1st of the given month.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment deadline is <strong>10 days<\/strong> from the invoice date, or <strong>8 banking days<\/strong> for mid-year enrollments.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The standard payment frequency is annual.<\/strong> Installment plans can be requested with justification and go through a special procedure.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d07a629f9626323bbf3c7bc43045a3c0\"><strong>2. Consequences of Late Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\"><strong>15 days late<\/strong>: Email reminder<\/mark><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\"><strong>30 days late<\/strong>: Payment notice, loss of discounts, loss of <strong>SMART BIRD<\/strong> category within the school year<br><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\"><strong>45 days late<\/strong>: Final notice before legal proceedings<br><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\"><strong>60 days late<\/strong>: Case forwarded to a legal representative or debt collection agency (all costs borne by the parent) + 3% administrative fee<br><\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-db88e67f8cfa9bf6ee8382c4e6c09a6a\"><strong>3. Sibling Discount and Other Reductions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Sibling discounts <strong>can be requested<\/strong>, but they are not automatic and are only valid if the full service fee is paid accurately<br><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">If the parent belongs to the <strong>Smart Bird<\/strong> category, this discount is granted at enrollment<br><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">In addition, we charge a separate fee for administrative tasks performed upon request. The additional fee is 10,000 HUF \/ started working hour, up to a maximum of 25,000 HUF.<br><\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-06c1d4f90022930024267e9ac90c94ee\"><strong>5.
