IATEFL-Hungary Budapest Creative Café - with Bilingual.hu

IATEFL-Hungary Creative Café is back in business in January 2019, and we are happy to inform you about the upcoming event with a workshop from the teachers of Bilingual.hu.

On January 11th, come learn about the Bilingual.hu Family Model: our partnerships with Hungarian public schools and the ways in which we create an Active Classroom using CLIL, bilingual co-teaching and communicative teaching methodology. We’ll use some of the same types of hands-on activities we do with our students, plus we’ll show you short teaching videos, "play"; a game or two and have time for questions and discussion. We hope you’ll come away with ideas for your own teaching as well as having gotten to know what’s unique about our program and the way it approaches language teaching and learning.

ANTHONY LAUDADIO: Tony has been teaching in Europe and the USA for over 18 years. Currently he is head of education for the Bilingual.hu Program in Budapest. He is a certified language examiner and has conducted teacher training courses and workshops focusing on both CLIL and communicative teaching methodology since
2002.

SUSANN PIHL: Susann has been teaching in the Bilingual.hu Program since 2003. She founded the program’s Budakeszi location 10 years ago and continues her work there as team leader and teacher trainer.
