Dana was born in Canada and moved to Hungary with her family. Her passion for Music began at a young age, she started to study music and playing the flute when she was 6 years old. She received her diploma in Flute Performance at McGill University in Montreal, QC. Dana always had a passion for children and worked at several children’s camps throughout her university years. Her love for children and interest in different cultures led her to then spend a year teaching English to kindergarten and elementary school children in Soul, South Korea. It was her homesickness that then inspired her to return to Budapest, where she worked at an international kindergarten for several years. Her plan to stay in Budapest for only a temporary time soon became permanent, when she met her Hungarian husband.
In 2013 Dana completed her Child Care certificate after which she gained a TEFL certificate. She also plans on continuing her studies in Music Therapy, where she can help children learn and develop through music.
